Be the key connection between clients and their dream investments
Your Tasks & Responsibilities as a Property Services Manager (m/f) will be..
Sales & Rent Process Support
You organize and oversee the entire sales and rental process – from contract preparation to handover – making sure everything runs smoothly for our clients.
Managing Properties
You take care of properties after purchase, including valuations, rentals, and handovers – ensuring every client receives a premium and worry-free service.
Communication with Clients, Developer & Service Provider
You are the key link between our investors, agents, developers, banks, and service partners – keeping communication clear, professional, and reliable at all times.
You have at least 2 years of experience
and already worked in Dubai’s real estate market or a related field and know how things really work here.
You are structured & reliable
and you can handle multiple clients, deadlines, and processes – without losing the overview
You’re solution-oriented
when challenges arise (and in real estate they always do), you find solutions instead of excuses.
You have a car & valid UAE driver’s license
to move quickly between clients, viewings, and authorities
